When a user decides to participate, they select a pool and submit an entry transaction.
Each entry requires a fixed amount of PNIC tokens and represents a single participation unit in the round. Once the transaction is confirmed on chain, the entry is recorded and treated identically to all other valid entries.
The protocol does not distinguish between entries based on wallet identity, timing, or past behavior.
